Our Software Development mentorship program is back, offering you a unique opportunity to learn and grow alongside industry experts. A few Software Development mentorship opportunities are available in our company.
The opportunity is more suitable for final year students who have already gained some good fundamental concepts and want to gain real-life experience from an industry.

The mentorship is designed as a four-week program for approximately 20 hours per week and will take place at our company’s office in Pokhara.
The mentorship is set to begin in early April, but the exact start date is flexible. We encourage suitable applicants to apply now and complete the selection process.
Specific start dates can be discussed and adjusted as needed to fit around college lecture hours and exams.
This unique learning opportunity is free of cost for those who are selected – so hurry up!

Your Opportunity
As A Mentee
Mentees will learn
- software quality assurance (QA) principles
- software development principles
- setting up WebDev environments using Ubuntu, VMs and web servers
- using git and GitHub
- setting up end-to-end UI/API tests
- setting up online continuous integration (CI)
- working in an international team doing planning, coding, discussing and reviewing
Mentees need to have
- enrolled in or finished an IT-related college course
- understanding of web-based standards such as HTML, JavaScript, PHP and related
- experience in coding in any programming language
- interest in coding
- willingness to learn
- willingness to work in a team
Mentees will be provided
- a modern learning environment with plenty of fun, flexibility and motivation

- sweet and short tailor-made teaching units and many hands-on learning opportunities
